Spotlight on Agrimax partner: Fraunhofer-Institute for  Process Engineering and Packaging

Agrimax is a large-scale EU-funded project with 29 partners across 11 European countries. We have a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to allow us to develop biobased products from crop and food-processing waste, our consortium includes; industry, research organisations, academia, technology providers, trade bodies, a cluster organisation and a cooperative federation.

We asked Andreas Stabler from German partner Fraunhofer-Institute for  Process Engineering and Packaging to tell us about their role within the project and what exciting developments the project will bring to the bioeconomy.
